Mesa Arts Center Podcast: Season 2- Ep 2 (Dr. Mathew Sandoval)

Dr. Sandoval is an Associate Teaching Professor at Barrett the Honors College in Downtown Phoenix. He is also an ASU Social Transformation Lab Fellow and a member of ASU's Chicano /Latino Faculty & Staff Association. Dr. Sandoval is currently researching the transborder holiday Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).

Mesa Arts Center is pleased to celebrate Día de los Muertos with an annual event created in collaboration with the community. Día de los Muertos is a celebration of Latin American art and culture related to the Mexican holiday, Day of the Dead.

The annual free event will be hosted at the Mesa Arts Center October 19th & 20th, and it offers a variety of features, performances and more in celebration of the memories of the deceased.
